Vaurca cannot speak with shortcut :m #210

Why was it changed to :m now anyways? That's already medical shortcut for radio. Weird. Now this one doesn't even work with whispers.

We actually forgot that radio shortcuts are counted as language shortcuts ;-;

The general gist is, we're running out of shortcuts to use.

If numbers are a concern, you could do something like what baystation has done in their dev branch and change languages to use a different symbol than radio channels. (comma, in their case)
