Let's say I have full HP (50/50). Right now, when I change max HP to, say 75, then my HP becomes 50/75. That's very annoying and most likely not what I want. The point is I was at full health, so I should remain at full health.
If max HP is increased, increase current HP by the same amount.
If max HP is decreased, then current HP remains unchanged.
The same principle applies to all Resource types (move PP, Hit Dice)
