[Bug]: Scary Strike removed from N9 after 1 cell move and turn end #100

What happened?

Scary Strike gets removed when enemy moves N9 1 cell

Steps to reproduce

Play Scary Strike on enemy N9 When enemy N9 turns start he can move only 1 cell He moves and scary strike is removed Enemy ends turn

Expected Behavior

Scary Strike should last for 8TU ?

Only the snare applied by Scarring Strike lasts 1 turn (the bear trap debuff icon). The defense reduction debuff remains active for the 8TU as intended (can see the debuff icon remains after N9 ends it's turn in your video)
