What happened?

Shiba's abilities (Shout Born and Big Bark) can cause damage to allies.

Steps to reproduce

Use Shout Born or Big Bark vs allies.

Expected Behavior

To the best of my knowledge Shiba's abilities should not cause damage to an ally. The latest information we have on this is from the "patch notes" channel:

08/18/2022 • Additional effect: Shiba’s abilities deal no damage to allies. • Removed now redundant “less damage to allies” effect • Fixed - Shiba Ignite's abilities that inflicted damage to allied Nefties

I am uploading Rafi's recording, in which it can be seen that the Big Bark ability caused damage to the ally AxoBubble.

@kissiga As per my comment in Discord (https://discord.com/channels/836601552130801676/979486308378497075/1070369040066941078)

This is as designed, due to the recent re-work of Shiba Ignite's passive ability. Previously, the passive ability was all that was protecting his allies from receiving damage - now that passive has been reworked, and allies are able to be damaged by Shiba's abilities.

Thank you for the explanation, @EvanxQA. Sorry for the 'false alarm', it was a bit difficult to keep up with the changes.

@kissiga No worries at all, thanks for raising this to our attention! I'll try and push to have any changes like this better communicated in future patch notes

@kissiga After speaking with the designer, this appears to actually be a bug - it was our misunderstanding that this was an intended design choice. Thank you for raising it, I will ensure it is prioritized for the next update.
