[Bug]: Dipking - Pressure bomb cannot be dodged by slippery skin #22

What happened?

Pressure bomb cannot be dodged by slippery skin

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start game.
  2. Proceed to Lobby.
  3. Proceed to Kitty’s Tavern.
  4. Proceed to PVP battle.
  5. P1: Make sure Slippery skin status is on Dipking.
  6. P2: Accumulate enough hype to cast Pressure Bomb.
  7. P2: Attack P1’s Dipking with Pressure Bomb.
  8. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior

Slippery skin works as intended against aoe skills.

As designed: Dipking cannot dodge untargeted/AoE effects.
