[Feature Request]: Rethinking the principle of Vitagreens and Jumpscare stunning duration #69

Problem

This is just an idea. It is based on the total/cumulative amount of time an opponent's team can lose vs a skill.

Maybe it's only partly related, but I think Dino - Stomp works well now, it's well balanced. I am referring to the duration of the stun, which is ~5 TU and only possible against 1 opponent. It might be a good idea to set the time gain / stun for the other Nefties (BC - Vita, N9 - JS, etc) accordingly.

What I mean: the duration of the stun / time gain would depend on how many Nefty are affected.

Solution

An example:

Vitagreens, time gain for allies: for 1 ally: 5 TU (instead of 4) for 2 allies: 2.5 / 2.5 TU (instead of 4 / 4)

Jumpscare, stun duration: vs 1 opponent: 5 TU (instead of 4) vs 2 opponents: 2.5 / 2.5 TU (instead of 4 / 4) vs 3 opponents: 1.66 / 1.66 / 1.66 TU (instead of 4 / 4 / 4)

Additional context

I think it would make the game more interesting (strategically) and more balanced (would give a little more space to team formations that are not popular these days).

I know these are special skills and cost more Hype and time but let's not forget that they also have other significant benefits.
