As per #11 , this task will be to produce the full suite of Climpact indices in Python for intercomparison.

I think this can be closed if we are happy to use Damien's icclim scripts. I have managed to calculate most of the indices from climpact using his and Chun-Hsu's scripts.

The only thing to note is that some of the heatwave metrics are not calculated in xclim/icclim.

Indices calculated using icclim can be found here: /g/data/xv83/bxn599/ACS/icclim_indices in the agcd/ccam/era5 directories

Using climpact (1995-2014 only): /g/data/xv83/bxn599/ACS/climpact_indices
