[x] CC-BY-AU
[x] add (c) Commonwealth of Australia, Digital Transformation Office
[x] git hash in version string
[x] git tag as release
[x] change title to "AusDTO Discovery Layer"
[x] remove all the "how we roll" gumpf from the docs
[x] change "value Propositions" to "Possible applications"
[x] revised Overview diagram
[x] 1.1 -> Development (links to open artefacts)
[x] move current 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 to AusDTO/fixme
[x] ch2 -> 1.2
[x] refactor current 2.1-2.5 into Activities and Components
[x] clean up / rewrite current 3
