Worth noting I’ve already amended the UI-Kit’s README.md file to this end.

There's some repetition on the home page.

If we have licensing info in both the footer and on the home page we should add where otherwise noted... to the home page instance.

I'd really like to cut down on the amount of stuff we have in the footer. Could we flip it to say, © Commonwealth of Australia. Where available, this work is licensed under the MIT License? Or like?
