Description

Adds browser support table mentioned in https://github.com/AusDTO/gov-au-ui-kit/issues/431 and supporting content.

@klepas does the table itself need to be updated?

I don’t think so, but I could easily be wrong. When I updated the browser support doc in the 1.x uikit repo I reflected the test status results at that time, and to the best of my knowledge there hasn’t been any further substantive testing since.

I’m going to merge this.
