Typography font info edits - fixed #72 #79

Hey @joolswood, these are my minor edits to the guidance around the sans-serif font family choice, and the font-stacks.

This should close #72

I suggest before making further updates to:

  1. save what has changed in _foundations/typography/typeface-guidance.md (to desktop)
  2. remove the change and commit
  3. rebase on feature/typography-refactor
  4. reapply the changes to _foundations/typography/typeface-guidance.md

That way you don't produce more conflicts when editing the content even more.
