I’ve noticed (at least I think I have; I haven’t done a formal check of this) that GOV.UK guidance preferences a user or the user (singular) over the users or your users (plural). I figure this is about encouraging people who write content to think about individual difference rather than just lumping everyone together as the same kind of user. What do you think?
