Inverted breadcrumbs and inline links block not visible on zoo page #337

What I did

Just perusing the zoo page and all elements available.

What browser and device I was using

Chrome / Win 10

What I expected to see

The inverted states of the breadcrumbs and inline links block.

What I saw (or didn't see)

White text on a white background. Inline links block has the bottom border visible.

Hover and focus states are still looking baller.

Additional information (optional)

Seems to me that the background colour is missing which is set by the class bg-dark-navy as seen on Navigation - Breadcrumbs

Offending code (I think) is:

Class bg-dark-navy looks to be coming in from the KSS styles which is only used for the documentation, not the final product, see https://github.com/AusDTO/gov-au-ui-kit/blob/develop/kss-builder/kss-assets/kss.scss#L251
