Bug - $navy variable in documentation is different to code #406

The documentation on https://gov-au-ui-kit.apps.staging.digital.gov.au/section-colours.html lists Navy as: #224A61. The stylesheet _colours.scss defines $navy as #043751;

These two values should be the same.
