Searching for organisations/contributors/events should include an option to
limit by state/city/postcode using the address details stored in the venue
table of the database.

First stage of this enhancement is to add the state functionality to the 
organisation
search map.

The organisation search map now limits results by state.

The contributor map, which will act as a template for all other maps, includes 
the 
functionality to limit by state, all of Australia, or only overseas venues. 

Limiting by postcode and city will, especially post code, requires a data 
cleaning 
exercise. 

The postcode data cleaning exercise is under way.

Functionality to zoom to the CBD in the capital cities has been added. 

Postcode level zooming, if still applicable, will be add as a new issue
