Random selection of featured maps #26

A recent change to the mapping service made it possible to feature a map on 
the default page of the service. This is achieved by editing a JavaScript 
file to supply two parameters. One defined the type of map (organisation / 
contributor) the other defined the unique identifier to use to identify the 
organisation / contributor. 

The requested enhancement to this is to randomly select a contributor from 
the list of Australian playwrights in AusStage who have events at sufficient 
venues to make an interesting map.

This feature is now included in the latest development build of the Mapping 
Service
