Map multiple contributors on the one map #3

Extend the search by contributor interface  to have the ability to:

- conduct a search by contributor name
- select multiple contributors (perhaps through the use of checkboxes)
- generate a map containing the data from all of the selected contributors

A contributors map has been produced which allows users to map multiple 
contributors 
on a single map and is undergoing internal testing:
