Extend the trajectory functionality so that it links events together that
are part of a tour.

Unfortunately the AusStage database doesn't track tours in a way that
facilitates
this type of functionality.

With this in mind I'm marking this issue as closed with a status of
"AusStage-Phase-4" to indicate that it requires work to be undertaken under the
umbrella of the AusStage-Phase 4 project.

Changes to the AusStage schema to make full use of this feature will need to
provide
the ability to

- link events together to form a tour
- link events together under an umbrella event
- link umbrella events together to form a tour
