Leaf decay #5

All of the tree leaves should register for leaf decay. Bushes like the Waratah should not.

I think the size of the radius on each registration needs tuning according to the size of the tree. I would test this by placing the trees with schemedit (all trees are now cached in world-dir/schems as of 0.5.0), and punching just the trunk nodes out, and increasing the radius from 2 to 3 if it's too small.
