Remove bip32.py (move to separate "bsvbip32" repo). #37

Aims at more modularity. Bitsv can continue to do what it does well and bip32 features can now be moved to the bsvbip32 repo (that will extend bitsv functionality). Adds python3.5 and pypy compatibility.
