2.0.0-pre branch mql4zmq_strerror returns garbage #12

I think the function is not returning unicode.

There's been no answer to this issue in almost a year, so I've put a new version up at https://github.com/OpenTrading/OTMql4Zmq It addresses the problem in this issue.

I'm still having trouble with it both with curruption on sending and access violations on receiving, so if you have a chance, please try it out.
