Apparent incompatibility with Quark #20

When Quark mod is installed alongside enchantment control mod, enchantment levels are capped at vanilla_Max+1, regardless of what config levels are set inside enchantment control.

I believe this is a config issue with Quark. Disabling a whole bunch of stuff led me to the ancient tomes the mod adds.

("ancient tomes" is a mod item Quark adds that enables enchantment level to be 1 higher than vanilla max. but i think the way it's set up prevents other mods from actually extending the level limit past this.
