I've been working with customer for about 6 months and they're trying to mature from firefighting to having a mature agile (LeSS) practices and development teams. Teams in lots of different timezones and they're working on building a new application from scratch, so you'll be able to help guide decisions and technology to a big extent.
Current Ops team is pretty green, but are jumping in learning IAC, and git-based workflows, and are eager and understanding.
