Fixed problems with reconstructing and meshing volumes when they're rectangular prisms instead of cubes.
Reconstructing with handheld sensor works basically the same as ever, provided that use_icp=True and use_pose_hints=False.
Added an interactive marker to set the position of the volume in the world frame. This means that the volume can be set to a particular position on the tabletop, completely independently of the position of the camera.
There are still a few outstanding issues, but I think there are some important features and fixes that justify an update to the upstream.
