Testing upgrades

main changes include

• Jest moduleNameMapper config @component alias for unit testing
• changed .babelrc to babel.config.js to support async-await in Jest tests
• adds jest-dom library for DOM testing
• adds vue-testing-library to make test better readable
• adds basic tests for VAlert component
