- The section you quoted from the UG is under the commands section, and hence is applicable only when used as a command and not clicked on the button.
- For this project we do not plan to change the behaviour of the help button, especially considering we are aimed for typers.
- We also have a section for Navigating the Graphical User Interface(GUI) where we show that the help button only shows the link to our UG

Reason for disagreement: The screenshot you have provided is also confusing. I clicked that help button and instead of bringing me to the userguide like it claims, it shows a dropdown menu with additional button to click. (This is probably not intended as looking at the description of the file button right above it, it clearly describes a potential dropdown menu with extra buttons so this description should have been applied to help if that was what was intended) So both descriptions are not correct when describing the function of that help button which leads to confusion.
In your UG it says, "Shows a message of the commands you could use." But when I click the help button, it also pops out a window with link to a userguide. This may not be intended as it is different behaviour versus me just typing help which only shows the message without the pop up.
