/deck - Skill Cards should not count toward the 30-card main deck #11

On the deck builder, when a user with 30 non-skill cards in the main deck tries to add a skill card, they find that the skill does not get added successfully as expected.

this should be fixed with the may 28th release this allows for 31 cards including 1 skill card
