The add feature on UG does not mention the disallowment of duplicated company names. However, the application prevents this.

Team's Response

Similar to issue to the following pertaining to duplicate entry names.

The 'Original' Bug

[The team marked this bug as a duplicate of the following bug]

Allowing Duplicate Entries of Same Start Up Names (E.g. Google and google)

When adding the startup with name google, this is allowed by the application. This does not makes sense as they should be the same company. As shown below:

Their Response to the 'Original' Bug

[This is the team's response to the above 'original' bug]

This has already been addressed in the UG, directly under the section with add with the exact same example.

 Issue duplicate status

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: There are seperate issues in my opinion, one is a documentation bug, the other a feature flaw.

## Issue response Team chose [`response.NotInScope`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** The documentation bug is in scope. For the feature bug, I just think it doesn't make sense. Google and google is the same thing. It is a product design issue. Makes CapitalConnect less useful. E.g. Given find is case-insensitive shouldn't you make Adding case insensitive as well.
## Issue type Team chose [`type.FeatureFlaw`] Originally [`type.DocumentationBug`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** They are separate issues.
