Benefit: This will allow automated upload of research data from TB-PET at RNSH to AIS node at USyd.

Features:

[ ] Create a configuration for the Instrument Upload Tool for the [TBD] vendor
[ ] Implement the Instrument Upload Tool TB-PET configuration at Royal North Shore Hospital
