Description

The QSIPrep BIDS app is nearly implemented but needs a bit of tweaking

the reverse phase-encoding reference is causing an error (I think)
all the potential diffusion datasets need to be converted to NiftiGzXFslgrad, and the dcm2niix needs to be able to handle the case when there aren't any b-value/vec files produced

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] QSIPrep BIDS app runs successfully on test dataset
