Significant progress was made with the porting of the MRtrix3 connectome BIDS app to pydra, but there are still parts of the pipeline that weren't finished.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] 1. the complete pipeline is implemented in Pydra
[ ] 2. The complete pydra workflow can be constructed (doesn't need to run without error at this point)
