A tractogram produced using HCP 100307 had streamlines that were biologically implausible. Initial tests suggest this is from 5TTgen algorithm type.

FSL did not generate an irregular tractogram.

We need to generate tractograms using the following algorithms and probe (1) which algorithms are generating irregular tractograms, and (2) why this is happening.

Here are the tractograms that need to be generated:
