Description

Create a (bash) Jupyter notebook that steps through the process to create the mri_synthstrip command from starting up xnat4tests to pydra2app call.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] 1. Shouldn't need any outside editing of files (pydra2app bootstrap should handle this via options)
[ ] 2. Notebook should be included in pipelines-community git repo
