Description

For users of AIS and NIF facility fellows, who design analysis pipelines or want to run community developed pipelines programs for community engagement with the AIS pipelines framework is a series of activities that teach users how to install their own, or community-developed, pipelines within the framework and make use of the unlike passively expecting users to engage with the framework actively engaging with users should make it much easier for them to fully utilise the framework.

Outcomes

• More users of the service
• More contributions of community developed pipelines
• Greater sharing of analysis pipelines between the community

• Activity in online forums
