Description

Implement selected BIDS apps and in the AIS deployment framework:

Benefit Hypothesis

implementing selected BIDS apps for MRI analysis within the AIS framework will cover a large amount of the functionality requested by NIF users.

Acceptance Criteria

Feature is considered complete when the apps (listed above) are complete and testing procedures exist that are able to verify that the workflows are running successfully
