NSIDC data sources now using https (with login) not ftp, need updating.

Actually these are still working from the existing FTP server at the moment, but presumably will stop doing so at some point. This is going to need OAuth2 to deal with Earthdata login; see https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/documentation and https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/sso_client_impl
