Hi @fahimirfanalam, I discovered an issue in pydicer where issues arose when there were multiple RTDOSE files for a patient. There was also an issue when re-converting data after having generated the auto-segmentations (the auto-segmentation tracking in pydicer was lost). Both issues should be resolved in this PR.
