WIP: Log to file with progress bar #114

Hi @dalmouiee, since the failing tests here are actually due to an issue with the pyradiomics dep (see #115), can we merge this PR though as is? I think there is a lot of useful stuff we aren't using here. We can address the failing tests before we create a v0.1.0 release?

Hi @pchlap, yeah that is fine we can address the failing tests and version conflicts after this PR and get what we want for an alpha release soon. I'll merge this PR through and we can flesh out the next steps next week.
