Provide a function that can be passed to the segment_image function to run the total segmentator.

Hi @fahimirfanalam, I have implemented that functionality to be able to easily use PyDicer to run the TotalSegmentator across a pydicer dataset. If you're happy could you approve this PR, then we can merge and I can show you how to run it on Monday :)
