Create CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md #93

Hey @pchlap, just adding a Github recommended code of conduct document to the repo. Not sure if we'd like to add other codes of conduct to the repo, but if so let me know and I'll add them in here. Thanks!

Thanks for this @dalmouiee. Yes good idea. This is recommended as best practice to include by GitHub? Probably should add it to all our public repos if so.

For our private Repos in ACDN we can probably add it to the business rules which should cover all the repos within the organisation.

Thanks @pchlap, yeah I was having a look through the repo and came across this list of community standards for open source repos. There are a couple of other things as well that might be worth setting up. I'll push this one for now and we can have a look at the others together.
