'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe4 in position 116 #254

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After Namebench saving the report it gets stuck and the webbrowser don't open 
up. Instead it shows the error message: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe4 in 
position 116: ordinal not in range(128)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Namebench 1.3.1 for Windows, Windows 7 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Tried to make it run until it finished the whole process by starting the 
application as Admin. Tried also cleaning the temp folders before started but 
didn't make it work either. System had recently been installed as long with all 
mandatory security updates.
Additional updates never been installed though if that's makes the difference.

It seems there's an issue with the latest browsers in Windows.
