feat: added pg dump of directus entities to docker compose

Have you tried this out because where is it defined that it belongs to the directus db?

@kper I remembered that we discussed that the db is being mirrored from directus for that reason I added it as a volume to the db. After executing docker compose down and creating it with the change all the entities were visible in directus itself
