Make and docker-compose need to be tested on macos. This version uses relative paths to mount existing files as volumes. Do we need to explicitly create these volumes as in https://github.com/AustrianDataLAB/pacman/blob/5dcafc2b4a4108a8cbaace27e2bcc12b983d1ced/Makefile#L12
