Update the ACKS module to Foundry v11 #1

Task Update the ACKS VTT code that is currently implemented and compatible with Foundry v9 so that it is compatible with and runs on Foundry v11 without throwing errors and warnings.

Definition of Done No new errors or warnings reported in the JS console. Functionality still works as before.
