ENH: Spell rolls don't track

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When clicking to roll a spell, it seems the player can continue to roll many more spells per level than their limit allows, and this happens without any visible penalty or even a warning message.

Describe the solution you'd like The max number of spells per level should be enforced so that the player can't roll more and more.

This is something to think about because the final design is To Be Determined.

This is an easy enhancement I suspect
