Add ACKS II specific branding and graphical assets
Design / identify some usable "main" graphical assets for the VTT such as the following:
[ ] A logo to put in the top left corner
[ ] A kind of logo/sign to replace the Pause logo
[ ] A system background image, used in the Foundry start page
[ ] A default "Landing Page", activated per default when a world is created.
I'm starting out by assigning this issue to @Archon-Autarch for the initial triage. Please think on this and decide what we want to do for each. Assets can be added as attachments to comments against this issue.
