Add the Autarch Readme, Collaboration and Contribution guidelines for the ACKS VTT #2

Update the site documents describing the readme, collaboration, usage and contribution guidelines to align with the Autarch guidelines as follows:

  1. Modify the README.md to align with the ACKS II for Foundry VTT document -- The license under which we offer the rules.
  2. Add new Autarch Community Use Guidelines -- The license under which we let the community do stuff
  3. Add new Autarch Compatibility License -- The license under which we permit our brand to be used
  4. Add new Autarch Individual Contributor License Agreement -- The license under which contributors contribute

I am testing latest build with all recent fixes (12.0.15) and confirm this can be closed.
