It takes a really long time for the tx panel to appear, and this is dependent upon how many issues are being funded.

Right now Posting funded issue metadata to Infura blocks the tx panel from appearing until all issue metadata has been posted. we should improve this ux and prevent the panel from closing until all issues have posted to infura and the tx panel is ready to open
