How to run SDK with real drone on desktop

I need to run the drone in simulator mode, meaning I drone will not start engine but report as engine started, and report simulated location.

Is there a flag that set this in the SDK?

you should update to an special firmware for your drone, maybe you should ask our sales for this firmware weather it can give to you
