This PR includes improvements on the overall structure, by running the jsbsim_bridge in its own object and a few improvements.

Run JSBSim bridge on a separate object from the main function
Only instantiate sensors when the sensors are defined in the xml file
- This allows NOT instantiating airspeed sensors for multirotor models
Only open the xml file once to read the xml handle
